🍽️ We finally made it to The White Lion in Felinfoel for their Sunday carvery and WOW — why didn’t we come sooner?! 💷 £10.95 for a “small” (it’s definitely not small) and £13.95 for a large… honestly unreal value for how much food you get. 👶 Our little one (20 months) ate completely free – such a lovely touch for families! 🥦 The veg was fresh and cooked just right – not mushy, not hard, just spot-on. 🍞 The cranberry stuffing? Sweet, herby, and SO moreish. 🧄 The roasties had that golden crisp edge and soft fluffy inside — proper homemade feel. 🥩 Meat was carved fresh, still juicy and tender, with loads of options (we had turkey + beef). 🫕 And the gravy… thick, rich, full of flavour – real gravy, not the watery kind. 🍽️ It honestly felt like your Mam’s Sunday dinner but YOU get to build the plate. Comfort food at its finest. 🔥 And get this – the midweek Wednesday carvery is only £6.95?! That’s lunch sorted.

The place is under new management so we went to try it out yesterday, what an improvement. Food and service was outstanding. Some of us had carvery, others had food from the menu, so we pretty much had a bit of everything on our table as there was 12 of us. Food was beautifully presented and tasted just as good as it looked, everyone of us commented on how good the food was, really impressed. The food prices are really good too. Will definitely be back regularly

I went here for my birthday meal , the food was absolutely outstanding, freshly made , tasty, and affordable, the atmosphere was friendly, service was amazing staff are very helpful and go above and beyond for their customers. Love the new owners to this establishment, the food is out of this world amazing 👏 🤩
